Was Mr. Burgess the Vice Principal back in 72?

He was the keeper of the paddle in the 80s after corporal punishment had been outlawed and allegedly had a bottle of bourbon behind his desk. Not saying it’s necessarily true, but that was the scittlebutt all along Chevrolet Avenue back in the good ol’ days.

Filmmaker Michael Moore described Teardown as "a brilliant chronicle of the Mad Maxization of a once-great American city." More information about Teardown is available at www.teardownbook.com.
