Blake Thorne of Mlive reports: "In May, the building was the location of three fires in one week. The building has been closed for about ten years. There are no plans yet for the property after demolition...."

  1. I know someone who tried to buy Cody a few years ago. They turned their bid down as I recall. They had several properties for sale, and this was the best, and there were several bids. Apparently the winner didn't close. They need more efficient ways of accomplishing this, and go down the list until they find a bidder that will close.
