The Sound of OLOL
Remember Chris Maroun who used to DJ the Our Lady of Lebanon dances? He's still spinning in Southern California.

Filmmaker Michael Moore described Teardown as "a brilliant chronicle of the Mad Maxization of a once-great American city." More information about Teardown is available at www.teardownbook.com.

I suddenly feel like slow dancing to "Open Arms" by Journey.
ReplyDeleteI often wondered what happened to my Carman Chorale mates. I recently played the CC album from '79 (tranferred to CD) for my kids. Chris was featured on O Happy Day. If only we had American Idol back then...
ReplyDeleteStevenson retired and as far as I'm concerned so did the Chorale. I wasn't from that era, but I do have a tape from a Spring Concert... somewhere...
ReplyDeleteThere was amazing talent in Chorale. Mr. Stevenson had a vision and lived up to it. I felt so proud to be part of it.
ReplyDelete32 years later - I must say that being part of the Chorale shaped who I am today. Hard working, goal oriented, perfection driven. Thanks CBS.
