If only the stock market could climb like this...

Elizabeth Shaw of The Flint Journal reports:
"The number of cases of infectious syphilis continues to climb in Genesee County, said a recent alert from the Genesee County Health Department.

"As of the first week of November, there have been 109 reported cases this year: a 2,000 percent increase compared to the same time last year when there were five cases reported.

"The rate is now three times higher than Detroit, which historically has the highest rate in the state."

Thanks for commenting. Filmmaker Michael Moore described Teardown as "a brilliant chronicle of the Mad Maxization of a once-great American city." More information about Teardown is available at www.teardownbook.com.
