Berridge Reborn

The former Berridge Hotel has reopened as an apartment house featuring 17 lofts after a $6 million renovation.

Thanks to Becky Spratke for catching this story.

  1. Great stuff for the Berridge.

  2. Great reuse plan! That place was pretty much a flophouse when I was growing up.
