Flint Expatriates Redesign
I'm engaged in a comedy of errors as I attempt to spruce up the design of Flint Expats. The current look is a temporary stopgap while I work some things out. So please be patient with the somewhat depressing gray and misty blue color scheme. Everything should be worked out in a couple weeks. I hope.

Thanks for commenting. You might enjoy my book about Flint called "Teardown: Memoir of a Vanishing City," a Michigan Notable Book for 2014 and a finalist for the 33rd Annual Northern California Book Award for Creative NonFiction. Filmmaker Michael Moore described Teardown as "a brilliant chronicle of the Mad Maxization of a once-great American city." More information about Teardown is available at www.teardownbook.com.

It's all looking good.
I wish i could say it's "looken good".. However.. It's more bland then face book right now.. It needs some pizazz over here.. a little red over there and a big flashing neon light at the top!ReplyDelete
Rob, I agree! I managed to put the old banner back up. It might not be the banner in the future, but it doesn't brighten things up while I work through the redesign.ReplyDelete
